A compliance record you can independently verify
Every material action lands in a tamper-evident chain, historical decisions can be replayed against the inputs that existed at the time, and scoped inspectors can review the file without entering the office workspace.
Most AML tools help an office complete a file. Sceau helps an office prove what the file contained, who acted, which versioned rules and data were in play, and whether the evidence still verifies later.
Evidence first, not evidence later
The proof trail is not assembled after the fact. It is produced while the office works: screening outcomes, trigger decisions, transaction dispositions, UBO reconciliation results and governance validations are sealed as they happen.
Replayable decisions
If a partner, AMLCO or supervisor wants to revisit a decision, Sceau can re-run the deterministic part of that decision with the same dated inputs and the same engine version. That matters because the hardest compliance question is often not what the office thinks now, but whether the original decision was reasonable then.
Proof that travels
The inspection pack can carry proof metadata and exportable bundles, so the office is not trapped inside the runtime environment to defend its own record. That makes the platform useful even in contentious or adversarial review moments.
Ce que cela change en pratique
- Inspection preparation becomes retrieval, not reconstruction
- Internal reviewers can challenge a decision using the historical inputs that existed at the time
- The office can share a narrow, read-only view instead of screen-sharing the whole operating system
